Overview of the Kiosk Rollout Process:

  1. Share the kiosk specs with your architect so they can plan to integrate them into your store. Here is the wall mount kiosk spec. We recommend 3-8 kiosks per location for the best customer experience.

  2. Optionally design your branded kiosk bezel. Otherwise we will provide a design.

  3. You will design your branded splash screen for the software.

  4. You will order the kiosks. They will be designed and shipped to you in a couple weeks.

  5. You will need to buy iPads and Square chip card readers separately.

Optional - Design Your Kiosk Bezel

Orda provides a branded bezel design for you at no extra cost. If you want to design a custom bezel yourself there is a $100 printer setup fee. You must submit your custom design within 2 business days of signup to sales@getorda.com or the general one will be shipped.

Here is how to optionally design your own bezel.

  1. Go to getorda.com.

  2. Log in.

  3. Click Kiosk on the left.

  4. Click Design Your Kiosk.

5. Drag and drop text and images to design your kiosk bezel . See the video below for reference.


6. Click Download in the top right. This will save your bezel to your computer. You will need this in a later step.

7. Email support@getorda.com with your custom design attached and say you want to use your custom design. Please send the design within 3 business days of registering. Otherwise the default design by Orda will be used.

Design Your Splash Screen

1. Click Splash in the top.

2. Drag and drop to design your software splash screen.

3. Click X in the top left to return to the main page.

4. Click Design Approved, Next:


Setup Kiosk

  1. Click Setup Kiosk.

  2. Select dining types.

  3. Choose identification (how you will identify which customer the order is for).

  4. Enter the success SMS message customers will get when order is received.

  5. Enable/disable and drag and drop categories under Navigation Pane.

  6. Click Save in the top right.

Order Kiosks to Your Store

  1. Click Purchase Kiosk.

  2. Click Get Started.

  3. Select the quantity of kiosk enclosures you will order. Then click Next.

  4. Click Next to confirm this is how it will look.

5. If you optionally designed your own bezel, email sales@getorda.com with your custom design attached and say you want to use your custom design.



What Happens Next?

You will need to get an iPad 10.2" and Square chip card reader.

It may take a couple weeks for your branded hardware to be designed and shipped to you. Your software will also be set up for you.
