Items and Item Photos

An Item Is Not Showing

  1. Make sure you created your item in Square Dashboard, NOT Square Online. Your mobile app syncs wiht Square Dashboard. Tutorial:

  2. Each item must be linked to a category in your Square Dashboard.

  1. If you don't see an item in your app, make sure you connected the item to a category in Square Dashboard. Note this is different from your Square Online inventory. If you need help copying your Square Online inventory to Square Dashboard, contact Square Support.

  2. If you haven't already enabled that category, enable the category in Orda.

  3. If you still don't see your item, log in again at Then restart your app on your phone

Item Photos Are Missing

Item photos are synced directly from your Square Dashboard. NOT your Square Online menu.

  1. Add photos to your items in Square Dashboard.

  2. Log in to

  3. Publish update (see below).

  4. You will need to restart your app on your phone.

Disable An Item

  1. Use the Item Availability feature to hide items from your app.
