Items and Item Photos
An Item Is Not Showing
Make sure you created your item in Square Dashboard, NOT Square Online. Your mobile app syncs wiht Square Dashboard. Tutorial: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5115-create-and-manage-items-online
Each item must be linked to a category in your Square Dashboard.
If you don't see an item in your app, make sure you connected the item to a category in Square Dashboard. Note this is different from your Square Online inventory. If you need help copying your Square Online inventory to Square Dashboard, contact Square Support.
If you haven't already enabled that category, enable the category in Orda.
If you still don't see your item, log in again at https://getorda.com. Then restart your app on your phone
Item Photos Are Missing
Item photos are synced directly from your Square Dashboard. NOT your Square Online menu.
Log in to https://getorda.com
Publish update (see below).
You will need to restart your app on your phone.
Item Photos Are Rotated
If item photos are rotated 90 degrees, please make sure the following are true:
Item photo image is 1:1 aspect ratio.
Item photo image is 1024 x 1024 pixel in size.
Item photo contains no alpha channel (no transparency).
