Schedule Push Notifications

Push notifications lets you stay connected with your loyal customers.

When you send a push notification, every customer who has downloaded your mobile ordering app with Orda gets a message from you on their phone.

Push notifications are an opportunity to update customers about new menu items, discounts and promotions, and any updates you’d like to share with your community.

We have also created an option for you to schedule a push notification. For example, you can schedule a push notification on every five days or once a week, depending on your needs.

Schedule a Push Notification

  1. Go to https://getorda.com

2. Click Sign In in the top right and log in.

3. Go to Marketplace on the left. Under Push Notifications, click Install, then Open.


4. Enter the following:

  • (Optional) Image. 720×360 pixels

  • Title. Example: {{your business name}} Notifications

  • Description. Example:Wow

  • Call to action. Example: Get 10% Off Now

  • You add the text (content) for your push notification and instead of "SEND NOW", we have now enabled to turn off the button and add the date and time when you want your push notification to be sent.


This is how the push notification will look on your customers’ phone if they have push notifications enabled.
