Custom Order Notifications

Now you can create an exceptional customer experience by sending custom text messages about mobile app orders:

SMS is currently available in the United States. Push notifications are available in every country.

Enabling custom order notifications will result in an account upgrade to Pro as well as additional per-order fees.

Step 1. Enable Custom Order Notifications

2. Click Sign In in the top right and log in.

3. Click Marketplace on the left.

4. Where it says Enable Custom Order Notifications, click Install, then Open.

Edit the order confirmation text. There is a 160 character limit and emojis are not supported.
Enable "Send as a text message" and/or push notification.
