Temporarily Turn Off Online+Mobile Orders

If your store is closed temporarily during regular business hours, use this feature to pause online and mobile app orders. When customers try to place an order they will get a popup message telling them your store is temporarily closed. This state will be remain for 24 hours if you don't enable your store back.

If your store is permanently closed on a certain day of the week, set your business hours instead.

  1. Log In To Your Orda Dashboard

1. Go to https://getorda.com.

  1. Click Sign In in the top right and log in.

2. Pause Orders

  1. Click Locations on the left.

  2. Toggle on "Temporary pause online ordering for all locations."

3. In the popup, click "Pause"

3. Customers Will See Popup

When customers try to add items to their cart a popup message will be shown. This is shown for mobile ordering and online ordering.

4. Unpause Orders

Your store will reopen automatically the next day. If you want to re-open your ordering the same day that you paused orders:

  1. Log in to getorda.com.

  2. Go to Locations on the left.

  3. Toggle off "Temporary pause online ordering for all locations."

  4. In the popup, toggle off "pause".

Popup Not Showing In Ordering+Mobile?

If your app was last updated before April 1, 2022, you will need to submit a ticket with an app update request.
